THINGS TO DO
The Salento region of Puglia (Apulia), in the southern tip of Italy's heel, is delightfully off the beaten tourist path. The authentic daily rhythm of Nardò will capture your heart anytime of the year. Venture out to the neighboring towns of Gallipoli and Otranto, or linger in the sophisticated baroque "Florence of the South" in Lecce. Easily accessible from the Brindisi (60 km) or Bari (170 km) airports or via a train into Lecce (30 km). The region is best explored with a car, but bikes can be rented in Nardò to pedal to the coast and through the ancient olive groves. Owners Alison and Phil will provide excellent suggestions for making the most of this magical region.

Il Cubo sleeps 2 in a comfortable queen bed in the open sleeping loft and includes a private rooftop terrace. The property has air conditioning, heat, Wifi, Bluetooth speaker, a full kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and bidet (conveniently located on the sleeping loft level). We provide towels, quality bedding, bath amenities, Turkish towels for the beach, and linen robes. Il Cubo is non-smoking - including the terrace and courtyard. Due to the open loft area, the property is not intended for children and the property is limited to 2 guests. Guests with limited mobility should note that Il Cubo has spiral staircases. We regret we can not welcome pets. Il Cubo is a registered short-term rental in Puglia (CIS: LE07505291000016282) and pays the Nardò local tourist tax and guests need to provide their identification so we can comply with Italian guest registration regulations.
Arrival is after 4 pm and check out by 10 am - we give preference to 7 days bookings with a Saturday arrival - but we welcome all requests of 4 nights or more
